Mom & Baby

With your baby right by your side, you will move, breathe, stretch, and strengthen. Bond with your baby and other new moms while gaining strength and flexibility. This class includes poses with baby, poses just for mom, and some infant massage.

This class is appropriate for new moms with any level of yoga experience and babies 6 weeks old to crawling.
