Prenatal yoga helps you connect with your body, your baby, and other pregnant women in safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body, preparing you for a conscious childbirth. Come share with other women in community, as you strengthen your body, relax your mind, and trust in your own power and strength.
